Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for our event. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Purchase and Confirmation
1.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to make the purchase. 1.3 It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the accuracy of the purchased tickets. The event organizers will not be responsible for any errors made during the ticket purchase process.
Ticket Delivery and Validity
2.1 Tickets will be delivered electronically via the email address provided during the purchase process. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address.
2.2 The ticket holder must present a valid and undamaged ticket, either in electronic or printed form, at the event entrance for admission.
2.3 Each ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be transferred or resold. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will be deemed invalid and may result in a refusal of entry.
Event Details and Changes
3.1 The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, venue, or any other aspect related to the event. In such cases, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
3.2 The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any significant changes via the email address provided during the purchase process. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check for updates and changes regularly.
Event Cancellation and Postponement
4.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or any other event beyond the control of the organizers, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
4.2 In case of cancellation or postponement, the event organizers may, at their discretion, offer alternative options such as rescheduling the event or providing a credit voucher for a future event. These options will be communicated to the ticket holders as applicable.
Code of Conduct and Liability
5.1 The ticket holder agrees to comply with the event's code of conduct and any other rules and regulations set by the event organizers.
5.2 The ticket holder assumes all risks and liability associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The event organizers, their affiliates, sponsors, and partners will not be held responsible for any such incidents.
5.3 The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of the event's code of conduct, without refund.
Personal Data and Privacy
6.1 The ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that personal data provided during the ticket purchase process may be collected, processed, and stored by the event organizers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6.2 The event organizers may use the ticket holder's contact details to send event-related updates and promotional communications. The ticket holder can opt-out of receiving such communications at any time.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
